My stay at the hotel was a mix of pleasant surprises and some disappointments. The location was superb, within walking distance of San Cristobal downtown and the best restaurants and attractions. The service was friendly and helpful, ensuring a cozy atmosphere during my stay. However, the room, though spacious with a large comfortable bed, felt a bit like a prison cell. The dining experience, while offering a nice variety, suffered from slow service at times.

My stay at the hotel was simply delightful. The rooms are gorgeously decorated, telling a story around the rich Chiapaneca culture, making it very charming and cozy. However, I must point out that my room faced the dining room and had no windows at all.

The service was exceptional. The staff surprised me with a cake, flowers, and a small celebration, which was very touching. They were lovely, friendly, and always ready to assist. They even lit the fireplace in our room every evening and prepared a delightful breakfast to-go on the day of our departure.
