My stay at the hotel was a mix of pleasant surprises and some disappointments. The location was superb, within walking distance of San Cristobal downtown and the best restaurants and attractions. The service was friendly and helpful, ensuring a cozy atmosphere during my stay. However, the room, though spacious with a large comfortable bed, felt a bit like a prison cell. The dining experience, while offering a nice variety, suffered from slow service at times.

The location is fantastic, within walking distance of the main attractions in San Cristobal and on a quiet street. The dining experience was good, with the option to order from a menu, though it could be more varied. The service was outstanding, with the staff always going out of their way to ensure I felt welcome and comfortable.
My stay at the hotel was simply delightful. The rooms are gorgeously decorated, telling a story around the rich Chiapaneca culture, making it very charming and cozy. However, I must point out that my room faced the dining room and had no windows at all.
