The service was friendly and helpful, ensuring a cozy atmosphere during my stay. However, the room, though spacious with a large comfortable bed, felt a bit like a prison cell. The dining experience, while offering a nice variety, suffered from slow service at times.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel. The rooms are beautifully decorated and super comfortable, making it just perfect for a cozy and relaxing experience. My stay at the hotel was simply delightful. The rooms are gorgeously decorated, telling a story around the rich Chiapaneca culture, making it very charming and cozy. However, I must point out that my room faced the dining room and had no windows at all.
